Current enquiry status

Public sample and quotation capture is temporarily suspended. These pages do not render form fields or issue a form token, and their public endpoints reject requests before reading or storing a submitted body.

What a future enquiry process would record

Reactivation requires a separately approved notice and process. The intended quotation and sample journeys would record contact, company and operational information entered by the requester. An enquiry must not be treated as marketing consent.

Cookie choices and analytics

The site may store the strictly necessary cookiesupplywrap_analytics_consent to remember a cookie choice. Optional Google Analytics remains disabled unless the visitor accepts it and an approved controller, notice version, privacy contact, GTM container ID and GA4 measurement ID are all supplied through the release configuration.

The current release sends no Google request before consent. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied. Analytics activation is also fail-closed while the required values above are unknown.

Your choices

Marketing consent is optional and separate from the enquiry. A production contact route for access, correction, withdrawal and deletion requests is still required, together with the exact controller name, address, lawful bases, processors/transfers, retention and ICO complaint wording.
