The sample and quotation journeys record the contact, company and operational information entered in the form. They also record the submitted privacy acknowledgement, optional marketing choice, request timing and limited source-attribution context.
Why the information is used
Enquiry information is intended to be used to review and respond to the specific sample or quotation request. Optional marketing consent is stored separately and is not required to submit an enquiry.
Access and storage
Form submissions are designed for server-side handling. The browser does not receive direct database access. Production hosting, access controls, retention and deletion procedures remain subject to approval and deployment configuration.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional and separate from the enquiry. A production contact route for access, correction, withdrawal and deletion requests must be added after the responsible legal entity and process are approved.
